The dried flowers in the glass cup gave me a quiet, almost forgotten feeling, like something left behind gently. The red berries look like they’re slowly letting go, and that made something in me slow down, too and the nice little teapot that made me think it might be holding something warm, maybe even tea from those red berries. It reminded me of quiet kitchens and February slow mornings, where nothing needs to be rushed. All things, even the lace under everything, brought back the feeling of my grandmother’s house, where little things were always looked after...
