Refunds and returns

 

Returns

Our policy is valid for thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be untouched, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Your return can only be processed with a receipt or confirmation of purchase.

Certain circumstances necessitate a partial refund (if applicable) if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged through no fault of our own.

If applicable, refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically within a few days.

Incomplete or late refunds (if applicable)

If you still need your refund, verify your bank account again.

Contact your credit card issuer, then. There may be some delay before your refund is posted.

Afterwards, contact your creditor. Typically, there is a processing period before a refund is posted.

Items on sale (if applicable):

Only items with regular prices may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges 

We sell only original paintings in one copy. Under these conditions, the exchange of a sold copy is not possible.

When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

Depending on your location, the time it may take to get your hands on your exchanged product may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping.
